Privacy & REfund POLICY
We have a limited return policy because we cannot restock returned goods, and we have to absorb the cost. If you wish to return a product, please review this policy in full and then call us to discuss the reason you wish to return your product.
Incase you recieved a defective or un-workable product, the customer have 2 working days from the date of recieveing products to request for a refund or Exchange for a new one.
In Case you received a wrong item, Item must be returned in it's orignal and unused condition & must also be in it's orignal Box and Packing.
We do not allow refunds or exchanges because of change of mind. Please read all description provided as a guide before you bid. While every step has been taken to ensure that we ship out correct item, there will be occasion when you receive items that are different from the description. In such case, we ask that you contact us immediately so we may remedy the situation. Your satisfaction is important to us and we value your business.
Shipping and handling costs are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed – only the product cost of authorized returns is refunded. Allow 1 to 2 weeks for us to process your return once we receive your returned items. And Exchange or Replace with new can process immediately.
